The Stone room, measuring 39×66 feet, is suitable for 330 banquet guests or 120 in a classroom setup. The Wood room, at 36×42 feet, accommodates 172 banquet attendees or 75 in a classroom format. The Granite room, 27×50 feet, fits 154 banquet guests or 70 in a classroom style. The Desert Rose room, 29×39 feet, can hold 120 banquet guests or 60 in a classroom setup. The Metal room, 26×41 feet, is designed for 93 banquet attendees or 39 in a classroom arrangement.
